This contemporary staircase built over 5 floors, and floating off the adjacent walls, is a beautiful example of a solid steel structure with open rises that allows light to penetrate through the complete stairwell. Every tread forms part of a very unique continuous winder staircase.

The central spine that forms the balustrade and main structure is fabricated from 12mm thick solid mild steel plates. The connections between treads and stringers are carefully concealed to avoid any visible welding throughout the entire staircase. The treads are 80mm deep fabricated using laser cut blanks and filled with sound absorbing material and finished with a fine screed.
